Re: Split Shots MPG

Split-shots as opposed to single shot won't affect MPG at all. Iwent the other way and saw no measureable improvement in MPG.

"Stage 1" tells me you are looking at a case of leadfoot. That will hurt MPG.

Re: Split Shots MPG

What injectors would you run to get a little more power out of the truck and keep the milage up?

Re: Split Shots MPG

i went with swamps stage one single shots. i went from 16mpg to 19mpg with the stage 1s and php fule sipper tune , yuned for the single shots. I also have about 350rwhp now witch is about 50 or 60 more hp than i would have with the old split shots i did have.

Re: Split Shots MPG

Single shots may help if your truck is a fuel hog. Mine had good MPG, so the injectors didn't help.

Swamp is the best, though.

I bet more of the MPG increase came from replacing worn out old injectors with brand new ones.

More HP when your towing or when your playing?

And in general keeping the MPG up is in your discipline and the tuning.
