took ex on a 900 mile round trip from sc to tennessee mountians this past week, mpg was 15.5 mixed driving, 15 hand calculated. question is, im running 35/12.50/16 bfg km2s which has my peedo off by 4 to 5 mph SLOWER than actual speed, how much off are my calculations based on the speedo being off...ANY IDEAS????????

05 6.0ps excursion, edge color cts, mt classic II's 16x10 with bfg km2's 315/75/16, 5 in lift with dual front shocks, cat elc coolant, straight piped, complete egr delete, updated oil cooler

About what I'd expect of a 4x4, automatic, Ex with big tires and a lift operating in hilly terrain.

2000 F-350 SC 4x2 6 speed

You're probably only calculating .95 miles per 1 mile. So if you averaged 15.5 on 40 gallons 620 miles. 620 x .05 = 31 620 + 31 = 651/40 = 16.275.

When on the freeway reset or take note of the trip computer number. When you get to the next mile marker see what you are at. Should be at 1.0 if you reset it. If it's off you should be between .9 and 1.0. If you are off 5mph, should be at .95.
