E4OD And 4R100 Acc. Valve Body Questions

Well I think I have a broken spring in my accumulator valve body and I cannot find the springs anywhere...but I do have access to a E4OD valve body with a couple good springs..

Will the springs out of an E4OD work in 4R100 accumulator valve body.

Thanks.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Only 43 dollars to fix it... Not including the filter.
