transmission seal leaking

i just put in a BTS valve body,new transmission filter and fluid.i toped the fluid off and now its leaking on the left side of the pan where the the rubber gasket is.i torqued all the pan bolts to 120 in lbs.then after i realized it was leaking i tighend them another 1/4 turn.any ideas,thanks

2000 F-350 SD ccsb=185hp
Matt's Tunes=140hp
6637=20hp
2% window tint=25hp
4in straight pipe=50hp
Custom Fuel system w/ sump=50hp
Foil,AIH,EBPV delete=30hp
Wow...I'm making 500hp

Check the pan rail and make sure it is not bent anywhere.The pan should seal up easily even with many bolts missing.
