Transynd Fluid

Anybody used it? I have been told it is the ONLY fluid to use. I am a little concerned that it is NOT a mercon V fluid. But it is a full synthetic fluid. It is built for Allison transmissions. It has a TES-295 rating, what ever that is. My truck is a 2000 with the 4r100 trans.

Re: Transynd Fluid

I'm using Mobil ATF320, which IIRC isn't a MerconV fluid either, my tranny seems happy enough with it. Switching to Mobil1 Synthetic later this year.

Checked it it says Ford Mercon approved, whether that includes MerconV or not I don't know.

One of them truckless bastards.
