V10 tranny cooler with e-fan??

'K so I hooked up a V10 tranny cooler in my bumper and am wondering if anyone has wired in an electric fan to aid in cooling tranny fluid behind this cooler? If so any suggestions on which fan you used?? Have looked in the local wrecker yard and all the rad fans I have found are too big in diameter....I need fan in the 8" diameter, overall not greater then 10" including shroud and 3" depth to fit....

Man I'd better undercoat the backside of that bumper that looks like keerap....never noticed till now....hahaaaa...

Any suggestions would be great....TIA,

Re: V10 tranny cooler with e-fan??

Ya Cary only four wheeling at slow speeds and if I forget to turn on my twin rad fans to stay ahead of heat soaking. Gotta better adjust thermostat on twin rad fans so they come on sooner.

Was thinking I'd hook up auxiliary on V10 cooler just to see if that would make difference...thanks for the suggestion will checkout Permacool
