Zf6 swap 95 f350. Transfer case with pto?

Just about done the suspension part of 4x4 conversion. Now looking ahead at drivetrain options. Currently have a zf5 2wd tranny. I've looked into zf6 units and seeing there really isn't that drastic of a change in ratios to really do swap. And if anyone knows of swapping out different gear ratios I'm all ears thatd be great. My solution to the better ratios, mainly I would like for high way travels and lower the rpms will be to use a aux transmission after the tcase or before it IDK. Hard to find much info on what I'm after. I like the idea of more gears lots of handshakin. Lastly I'd like to get a tcase with a pto. If anyone has any insight or experience with any of this would be awesome even part numbers on the regular zf6 tcases and aux boxes. Thanks Rob from south Jersey
