I would do a drivetrain and front end shake down tests, meaning get under the truck, put front tires in the air and start looking around with a small pry bar for looseness
In technical shop speak you have a "whiiring noise under load"
check driveline U joints with truck in N and wheels chocked
check front hub/bearings for possible wear and noise
Check rear wheel bearings for wear or rough spots, leaky seals
any brakes dragging? With all that work you just did anything you touched is suspect go back over all of it
Make sure a hub(s) isnt locked/locking and spinning the axleshafts to the t case
remove front driveshaft see if noise changes
Rotate tires see if noise moves, some 35" tires can make lots of road noise at 70-80 mph
Do you have a carrier bearing?
