ZF5 TRANS ON A 2000 POWERSTROKE CLUTCH QUESTION

i have a 2000 f350, i want to put the zf5 behind it, im having trouble finding a clutch, if i understand the zf5 and zf6 both where 10 spline, but slightly different shaft size. im sure its covered somewhere on here im just not having any luck finding it so and info would be great!!! Thanks

Just order a clutch for a 94-97. Get one with a new flywheel. I suggest south bend.

01 f-250, Standard
Rev tech 4" lift, 37" military wrangler Mt tires
KC diy 66, Full force 160/100 and custom tunes from PHP
Banks intercooler and full 4" exhaust, Diy S&B intake
Diy quad feed, Hydra, Isspro boost, pyro, and fuel pressure
3/0 battery cables with military style terminals

Anytime. Be sure to replace the clutch for while your in there.

01 f-250, Standard

get a setup for a 99. the early 99 trucks came with the 5 speed option.

the clutch fork? Do they wear down?

I am happy with my Luk clutch it seems to work very well

No they tend to break. There is a new design.
