trans issues?

am in bad need of a new e40d but can not afford the bts trans at the moment does anyone know what the kit from jw cost to do a complete rebuild and i could have my transmission guy do it in town or does anyone have info on the transmissions orielly autoparts sell they come with a 3yr 100k warranty my truck is stock at the moment but plan on buying a ts chip and cold air intake use the truck to hall 24ft enclosed race car trailer . thanks for any help

JW will cost more for a equal trans..He has a kit for about $2400 +- that would be better than a std rebuild Its his Tow master equivalent but as all DYI's no warranty. Have you checked Fords..
