5r110 showing P and occasional torque converter lock

any reason the TC would intermittently lock while in Park ?

my monitor will flash the hasp sign so fast i actually had to take a video clip to see what was flashing on the screen

I don't recall this happening with my last tranny ?

I think I remember this. If you start and don't move the shifter out of park the computer will blip each solenoid occasionally to ehlp fill the hydraulic circuits.
