ZF6 Clutch Hydraulics Help

Truck is a 2010 F250. Was driving along and the clutch pedal drops to the floor and doesn't return and can't get into gear. Nothing seems wrong with the pedal, switch, spring or rod connecting to the master cylinder. Just no pressure on the pedal. No leaks around master cylinder, lines, tranny, or any where I can see. I left the cap off the master cylinder and pumped the pedal a few times and the fluid for the hydraulics started pumping out what I assume is a vent on the underside of the bell housing.
I figured I'd end up replacing at least a slave cylinder but couldn't find much in the way of troubleshooting. Also not sure if I should pull the tranny either or what to look for if I have to. I'm fairly new to manual trans let alone the zf6. Clutch is a Valair 600hp single disc if it matters.
