No start after manual Trans Cummins swap. 05
I know this is been talked about in lots of different threads . I think I've read them all. I'm doing a 24 valve with a 10 speed swap in my automatic 05. I don't care about manual tuning in my PCM
because my PCM
does not control the motor. I also don't care about a manual transmission harness because there's nowhere to plug it into on the 10 speed. Does anybody know how to bypass the park neutral safety switch wiring? I have found on a wiring schematic that there are three wires pink/white black/ white and a light blue/yellow. Just not sure how to trick the PCM
into thinking it's in park. Also if the pCM
stays auto then I shouldn't have to worry about the clutch pedal position switch also, correct?
