Zf5-47 grinding out of nowhere

I have a 1995 f350 psd that I replaced the transmission on. I have drove it for about a week and then it started to make a grinding/ rattle noise which has gotten louder. It doesn't make noise when I accelerate quickly but after about 2200 rpms it gets extremely loud. When I maintain a constant speed or let off the gas it makes the grinding noise as well. If I push the clutch in the sound dies. I replaced the throw out bearing and filled the transmission with synthetic atf when I put it in.
