96 with e4od

what should a mild rebuild with a torque converter cost me?got it at the tranny shop now think their jerkin my chain.

96' powerstroke rc/lb 4x4,auto edge evo,diamondeye 4''turboback,afe st.2 proguard7,and gauges. 06' d-max cc/sb 4x4 with a little tweaking

Depends where you live prices here were anywhere between $1700-2100

just had it rebuilt bout a monthago installed it myself.the tranny shop said i misaligned the torquconverter gona cost another $600.not a tranny expert but didnt know you could misalign the converter.every thing felt as tho it went togather pretty good.

I'm sure you didn't have it seated all the way. It can be done cheaper if you do it yourself, but honestly not a whole lot. At this point it's probably worth it to have it done correctly.
