p0781 code

Hey guys I'm new here. I have a 2000 7.3. I pulled off a stop light on a wet road and the tires broke free and started to slide. I straightened out and my OD light was flashing. Pulled into my drive way and turned the truck off and back on again and seemed to be running fine with no blinking OD light. Pulled out my scanner just to make sure and it threw a p0781 1-2 shifting code. I erased the code and drove around for a bit with no problems. Any ideas? Just keep driving it or have it scanned with a more advanced scanner?

Re: p0781 code

Ignore it. The shift codes are set when a shift happens faster or slower than it should. The test that sets the code can be fooled when the tires are spinning.
