Clutch Master Cylinder problem

I have a 2001 F350 6-speed manual transmission 4x4. There is a small cubed plastic piece that was attached to the old master cylinder and now i cant find it or know what it is called to order one. It basically attaches to the master cylinder and goes through the square opening in the firewall(opening is also square) and turning the cylinder 1/2 turn fastens the master cylinder to the firewall. The pushrod goes through this piece so there is a hole in it. PLEASE HELP
