Tranny keeps flaring from 3rd to 4th?

Hey guys i got a 2011 f250 diesel with 91,XXX kms and the tranny just started to give me issues its revs up shifting between 3rd and 4th and sometimes drops into 1st gear from 3rd. the check engine light came on once and i couldn't read it because when i plug my tuner in the truck it has to have the key forward but not running. anybody else have this issue? its got chip,exhaust,cold air intake, def delete, Dpf delete, Egr delete

You need the codes read. Take it to someone that knows how to read the codes on your truck.

It says p0181 fuel temperature sensor A circuit. Range/performance
