Filters

Picked up one of these today to put on my trans line with the other 10 and 3 micron filters. Figure what I have invested in my trans, this is a good investment - can't hurt.

Aluminum Housing with Neodymium Magnets. Rare-earth magnets are for fine particles (less than 35 microns) as well as weakly magnetic materials.
Clean by removing bowl, remove Stainless Steel Sleeve, wipe off metal particles, and done.

Re: Filters

That one was originally from McMaster Carr and runs around $200, but it was surplus from a job, so priced just right for me

I'm sure that they can be had much cheaper than McMaster prices.

Re: Filters

All you need is the stock filter in the pan period. No extra filters or deep pans required just spend the extra $$ on a 6.0 31 row cooler..rest is wasted $$.
