4r100 slips going into OD

just got my trans rebuilt & now when it shifts into OD it will rev up a little bit & then go into OD
once in OD seems to hold just fine
it seems to be worse in my 120 race tune (PHP tuner)
did not slip & shift funny before rebuild ( got trans rebuilt b/c I blow a trans line & did not know until it started to slip )
no codes or flashing lights
trans builder seems to think it is the pump has a crack or the trans case has a crack
truck is a 00 f350 4x4 drw

Thanks

It might be the tuner.

Re: 4r100 slips going into OD

How can I tell ??
If I put it to the stock setting on the tuner it still
Does it just not as bad

Or do I just need to pull the tuner off
It did not do it before the rebuild ??? No any tune

Take the tuner off the truck.

Took it off today & it drove good
How did the PHP tuner make it slip
I do not understand it was fine before the trans was rebuilt

Re: 4r100 slips going into OD

The transmission is 100% computer controlled. The tuner modifies the computer. If they computer isn't controlling the trans correctly it can slip.

Re: 4r100 slips going into OD

THANKS @markkovalsky

now for the next problem now it has a long shift into 2nd gear (shifts around 2900 to 3000 rpms) & some times it will not shift into 2nd without letting off the fuel pedal
hooked up scanner & it is commanding it the shift but will not shift
has new solenoid pack ,shift kit & full rebuild, new pump, billet converter, 6.0 cooler,
trans guy is saying that it is the computer ??? I do not think it is b/c the scanner is telling it to shift but it does not shift seems to me that something is sticking or the solenoid pack is bad

thanks for all the help mark I was hopping you would help

Re: 4r100 slips going into OD

If the computer is telling it to shift and it isn't shifting the problem is inside the transmission, not the computer.
