Unhappy 2001 f-350 7.3l (tranyprob) shuts eng off in rev.

I don't know if i should rebuild trny, truck wont move fwd until i hit 2000rpm sometimes stalls truck when i go in rev. like its binding up only @ idle revesring i got 120000 miles on it f-350 2001 7.3

It sounds to me like you have some worn internal seals that are causing a lot of leakage. That will make the trans so that it won't move until you rev it in drive, and will cause the torque converter clutch to drift on and stall the engine in reverse. It is also possible that the pump is worn out. That will cause similar symptoms.
