VB or shift kit?

I have the transgo shift kit for my truck and have been looking at getting a john wood valve body. My question is can I use them together or just one or the other??

thanks

Re: VB or shift kit?

the transgo kit is going to replace parts in the accumulator valve body... the modified valve body john woods would sell you... is a modified accumulator valve body.

does that answer your question?
