Got 6.0 transmission cooler, now where to get...

....the fittings or adapters to hook into old tranny lines? My buddy and I will be taking the tranny out to change the convertor in less than 2 weeks. We are gonna change the sonnax/tric. deal and the exhaust as well as the 6.0 cooler upgrade. I need to have the parts for the cooler there when we start. Does someone make a "fittings kit" for this? I see a couple of places have the cooler upgrade kit, but already have the cooler. ANy help would be great!!

Re: Got 6.0 transmission cooler, now where to get...

Yu need some 3/8 ID High temp Oil resistant Hose, some 3/8 to 1/2 inch adapters. HD or other HW should be a good source and some 1/2 ID hose High temp and some clamps. Remove all the old Lines from the radiator outlet (If you have one) and then cut and reuse the factory end radiator outlet as it's a ford specific fitting and plumb in the Tans cooler. Not that hard. Get in there and take a look @ things and sort out what works best 4 you.

Got Boost?

http://www.brassfittings.com/hosebarb.htm Download the catalog so you can see what you need. 220EEE and 221EEE. Obviously, you need 2 of each and connect them together with Teflon tape on the threads. Get them from Home Depot.
