Stall speed 4R100?

What is the stall speed for the stock TC in a 4R100?

Same Q for the TC in the 6.4?

Thanks

Re: Stall speed 4R100?

It depends. There are diffferent torque converters for different engines.

Having said that, I don't have the list of stall speeds.

Re: Stall speed 4R100?

John would not give me a stall speed when I asked him last week. He said it had to do with tuning, power of the engine and transmission mods. A 300hp truck will not have as high of a stall as a 500hp truck or a 700hp truck.

Re: Stall speed 4R100?

That's true.

If you were to measure stall speed on a torque converter at 2000 RPM, then add a 100 hp chip the stall speed will increase. How much is not easy to predict.
