Hi guys I really would like to know what trany I cand put behind my 97 7.3 with a zf5 two wheel drive thanks. I have a few older ford gas trucks with big blocks in them

: 97 f350 cclb drw 300,000 miles stage 2 160 100 sticks 17* hpop sd ic turbo set up off a t444e sd fuel pump ts chip cat fuel filters stage 3 ceramic clutch 410 gears 3 in down pipe to 4 in out the back 6637 air filter all the gauges fuel hpop pyro boost oil temp 50 gal fuel tank

Well, you don't want a gasser transmission behind a diesel, and unless you have an e40 d, 4r100, or zf6 laying around, you would be in over your head trying to swap a different trans in.

Really don't think it's over my head I would like to know if it's the same bolt pattern as a big block my understanding is the bolt holes are jut smaller in diameter
