Transmission inputs

Ive mated a 2013 Cummins to a 5R110 and am having trouble getting the proper TPS readings for the transmission to shift properly. I need to generate the proper 0-5v signals for the Cummins engine and the 5-0v signals for the ford transmission. Has anyone tried to piggyback the Cummins potentiometer onto the ford throttle pedal?
