The clutch petal stick on the floor when he is on it hard an tries to shift. Its a south bend 450 or 500hp clutch. We cant figure out what is going on here and we are thinking we may have to pull it back out and look the fingers over on it. Any other thoughts from you guys? Has anyone had this problem before?

Either your slave cylinder has leaked down or you didn't remove the helper spring from the clutch pedal. You can get a new pre-bled master-slave combo from your Ford dealer for a little over $100. Removal of the helper spring costs nothing.
