shifting at 60 mph down the hwy

ok guys was wondering about this my 03 will shift out of overdrive when driving at 60 when I let off the pedal for a sec and shift down a gear when I get back on it is it normal or am I being paranoid or is there a way to keep it from doing it thanks for the input

2003 F-250 4in turbo back, Blue spring, EGR Delete AFE cold air intake W Blade runner intake, Sinster coolant filter, scan gauge II and sct with egt probe,
MTW HYBRID turbo
Still rolling on stock sticks 202,000 and counting

Sounds normal, that's the torque converter unlocking and locking

ok thanks guess i'll have a tune written to lock it up sooner or later
