Unhappy vacuume lines on top of 4R100

I got some help removing the 7.3 from my Excursion and a vacuume line that sits on the top of the transmission pulled loose. Long story short i did not see when or where it was pulled from and cant find/see where it hooked to. The motor and turbo was reinstalled before remembering the hose....Any one have a trans out that has vacume lines connected or be able to tell me where the line connects. It is a soft hose no clamp and not broken it is connected to the transfer case on the drivers side for the other end.

It isn't a vacuum line, it's a vent line. There is a clip on the dash panel that holds it up.
