4r100 trans line leaking

I got an 02 f250 just dropped it to upgrade tc and vb got everything put back together and started it up and it's dripping trans fluid off the front line where it screws into the bypass tube what do I need to replace? Is there just a washer in there or what?

There is an o-ring in there.

If only those who knew what they were talking about replied, this thread would still be on page one.

Re: 4r100 trans line leaking

Are you sure that is where it is leaking? I think it would seal without an o-ring. have you checked the fitting that goes thru the banjo to see if it is tight? There are a couple of flat seals on it.

The best I can tell it is coming from where the return line(front line) screws into the banjo fitting it's the first connection I undid the return line and checked the banjo fitting and it's tight I thinking it's the return line cause it's the only line I messed with to drop the trans
