Anybody willing to snap some pics of the clutch slave on their zf-6?

I'm swapping from an auto to the newer style ZF-6 in my 03-f-250 and am trying to see if I'm missing some parts. It looks like there is a bracket missing that bolts about 2/3 of the way back on the driver side of the tranny housing. Not sure if it's needed...what it looks like...how the slave is mounted etc...

also while you're under there, could you snap a few pics of the transmission cooler lines and how they're routed?

Any help would be appreciated.

Pics can be sent to [email protected]

Thanks a bunch in advance

This is all I have for pictures right now, but on the left is a 4x4 zf6 with a t.case and on the right is a 2wd zf6. The bracket I think your talking about, that's 2/3rds of the way back, I'm almost positive is for the manual transfer case lever. You might be able to see it in this picture because this has a manual t.case. Obviously if you use an electric transfer case you won't need this bracket.

This is a better picture of the 2wd zf6. You can see where the slave cylinder goes into the bell housing. There are no brackets or anything for it, the slave cylinder goes into that hole, gets twisted and locked in, and that's that.

Thanks for the clarification. You're right about that bracket. At least now I know that I'm not missing anything.

Thanks Trailerhauler

Anybody else got any pics of cooler lines??? I need to know which line attaches the the driver side of the radiator and which fitting it attaches to on the tranny. I can figure the other one by process of elimination.
