will convertor and valve body hold 500 hp?

i have a 2000 f-350 auto all i have now is php tunes exhaust ex. its starting to shift weird i have to play with the throttle on the high way to get into over drive. my question is the only thing stopping me from getting injectors makeing in the range of 400-450 is tranny, i was wandering if i could just replace stock tc with a triple disc and valve body and it run smoothly and last?

Nope. Honestly, anything above 350hp you're gonna need a built tranny.
