I believe torque converter is slipping??

Hey guys once in awhile when i am driving not fast about 20kmph to 80kmph when it seems like if i let off the fuel and then if i go to get back on it seems like it is in between a gear and there is a bang or jerk and then it will grab a gear?? It doesn't happen all the time just wondering if this is my torque converter slipping or what?? Is there anything i can do about it? I am running 250hp tune.
