Converter Upgrade

So i picked up a good used e4od yesterday. Guy did a 5sp conversion, only reason why he was selling the auto. Has like 130,000 on it truck is completely stock so is mine. When he bought the truck he installed a transgo shift kit. So im not really worried about the vb. Question that i have is im not sure what route to go with for a converter. It still has the stock converter. And before i put it in the truck i would like to upgrade. A lot of people say that a bts is overkill for a stock trans. And a guy on another forum called brian and he said he wouldnt recommend that for a stock trans. So im kinda stumped. I found a nicely priced one at revmax for $599.99 stage 4 triple disc. Im in the dark at this point. Anybody have any experience with these? Any knowledge and feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks Kyle

Re: Converter Upgrade

Wow...try waiting more then an hour to bump your thread, not like your broke down on the side of the road or something. Alot of us have kids and are doing other things then sitting in front of the comp, acting like this won't get you anywhere.

Re: Converter Upgrade

I'd leave the VB alone.
