may be a question that is ass backwards

most guys want to lock up the TQ. mine locks up way too soon for around town driving when not towing and the truck bogs. I put a switch to cut the purple wire/yellow tracer when flipped, truck is awesome around town and can be flipped again for normal use. But if I get on it I get the flashing off light on the shifter, assuming for exsessive TQ slip. Im looking for a way to trick the ECU into thinking the TQ is locking up as it should. Or is there another way to keep the TQ locking until a higher speed or gear. If im wasting my time tell me now.

Look at Transtar's catalog. They offer a solenoid pack with an adjustable delay. You can only delay it so far, however, before the CEL comes on. Even a few milliseconds helps if your's is bogging. You don't have any other engine performance issues, right? If the engine's down on power for some reason it may seen like a trans issue.

Newest project: 1995 F350 CC/DRW 2WD E4OD. 3" DP, 4" Diamond Eye system. But I'm still fixin' the broken stuff......
