Mark- 95 Bronco E4od question...

Got a 95 bronco that we use from time to time for farm work and crap. It sits for months at a time without use.

When ever you jump in it to go somewhere for the first time you have to rev it a bit before the tranny will bite. It will just sit there, D or R doesnt matter.

Fluid could be bad I am sure, but its full. Bad pump maybe?

Nothing I am looking to build or anything, more then likely I'll just pick up a junk yard tranny when it finally goes.

Re: Mark- 95 Bronco E4od question...

It is probably the torque converter draining into the pan from sitting so long. Next time it sits a long time let it idle for about 20 seconds before trying to put it in gear.
