Wink Sythetic 50w in ZF6?

Recently did a whole bunch of work/ upgrades to my truck. I installed SB single disc clutch kit and Changed oil to Connoco Phillips 50w snythetic trans oil. The trans now shifts like a dream 1st to 2nd unlike before. I do realize 50w might cause some viscocity/oil pump issues in an extremely cold climate. I did visit Connoco's web, if I rember correctly service temp range good down to -5F. The clutch upgrade could also been part of the equation. Soo far I'm thrilled. Thoughts?

A year later and the only thing I have noticed is that the 3rd gear synchro hangs up a bit in extreme cold when trans oil is not warmed up (1st mile of operation).
