How to verify coolant ingredients?

Hey all Ive read some stuff on coolant and it has come time for me to change mine (hydrometer reads 30 degrees). I work for Dodge and we have "Mopar" coolant 3 year(green) and 5 year(orange). The coolant comes in black jugs with no information. I would like to use the Mopar stuff cuz its free to me But I dont want to put the wrong type of coolant in. We use the 5 year stuff on the Cummins engines as recommended. BTW I Have a 2003 7.3 SD
