Where to get biodiesel

I live in Fort Wayne Indiana and am getting really tired of these fuel prices. I am ready to get into the biodiesel. I talked with someone on here before who has some at a good price not too far away.

Best price, Best service, Close location to 46804.

Also to run biodiesel is there anything I need to do to my truck?

You shouldn't have to do anything to your truck if it has a 7.3. I'm in the same boat as you, but I can't find anyone selling bio around here other than some of the truck stops but there b20 is the same price is regular diesel...

Re: Where to get biodiesel

Is biodiesel supposed to be cheaper in states? Im in bc and well our prices are fudged to the max and we only get b5. Whenever i have heard ppl talk about bio its either been par or more then reg diesel. I dont understand why more.

In most areas its a bit cheaper than reg diesel. reg diesel is 3.75 a gal where as bio is anywhere from 1.00-3.00 from what I have found.

Biodiesel is hard to come by these days. The Europeans pay a premium for it and that has sucked all the commercial biodiesel out of the US.

Check the alternate fuels forum. There are some homebrewers who might be able to work something out with you.

Thats is what I was looking for. There is a commercial ag plus here in town I can get it from but from what I understand its a lot cheaper to get it from a small town homemaker.
