Rotella t6

Hello I have a 97 7.3 and I'm about ready for my next oil change, I am third owner last owner said he ran t6.

My question is can i run t6 5w40 all year, I live in mass where we get all different spectrums of weather. I originally had out a 15w40 then I put the 5w40 in for the winter and unfortunerly i have no idea what the weather will do in the next several mpnths before it gets warm.

Just don't want to damage my engine during the warmer months with the thin oil.
Any advice is appreciated

Re: Rotella t6

i live in FL so i cant personally say how it does in extreme cold (anything below 50 is extreme cold to me lol) but i run the T6 in my 6.7 and LOVE it. i've heard it does well in a wide variety of temps from several others running it- including 2 guys that have a place in IN and NWFL and use the T6 year round in both trucks in both places.
