Whens diesel fuel to old?

I still have 3/4ths a tank of diesel fuel from the Kentucky T.S. Performance Outlaw evant.The truck is kept in a climate control garage.When do you-all think it goes bad? ex:collecting moisture

03 lariat cc,4x4 7.3,DP-F5,36''MT,8"lift w/trac.bars,4"Silverline ss.exh,AFE II,Optimas,ATS housing,WW,Turbomaster,6.0 IC & tranny cooler,BTS,ISSPRO gauges,HPX,ITP RR,BRV+,Powerslots,WARN prem-hubs,coolant filter,ccv mod,08 mirrors,ARP's,mod.fuel & inj's.,Crower rods,AIH delete,AMSOIL fluids. ~waitn on the 38R~

Yes, i use an additive in every tank.

Then your good for quite a while Up to about a year. At work we have some trucks with the same fuel for a year or longer

Thanks for the info Dave,it will probably be about a year before i use the rest of it.

Get out & drive that poor thing. Remember letting em sit can be worse then driving em everyday.

Yes i agree,every other weekend i let it idle for about an hour or ile run it down the road alittle ways and back if i have time.

Idle is not good !!! Take it down the road for a 10-20 mile drive get everything lubed up and up to ops. temp.
