Added filters

Sorry if this is not the right place to post this or if it has been beat to death, but I am picking up my new to me 2005 F250 this weekend and have been reading a bunch on the addition of a coolant filter and bypass oil filter. Can someone just point me in the right direction to get the correct set up that works and isn't super high priced? Years ago, many years ago, I worked on diesels but they were over the road and stationary power stuff.
Any help to get me pointed in the right direction appreciated!

I have not bothered with the bypass oil filter opted to just change it every 5,000 miles and run ONLY 5W/40 Synthetic.

As far as coolant filters go there is only one worth buying in my opinion.
IPR full flow coolant filter.

It's a full flowing setup and it works 10 times better then the Sinister or any bypass unit.
There is a manifold that you can purchase with it to make installation and the use much better.
Don't have to mess with heater hoses at all. It's around another $100.00 then Sinister but it's well worth it.
Look it up online they will do you right.

Oh yea these 6 Liter engines do need the coolant filters. Very wise.
