Diesel Fuel

Is there a difference between AG fuel and regular ULSD other than the color.

Re: Diesel Fuel

Don't know about ULSF but no different than LSF. Usually just dyed #2. It ain't gonna hurt your engined. A lot of this stuff depends on the refinery. There are a pile of distillates and they don't produce them all. They put what ever out the door with several labels just as long as they meet or exceed the standards for the product label.

Sulpher and addative content is the main difference plus I would not want to get caught with it in my tank it could get expensive. Tell him to mix it with 30% kero and he should have no more geling problems.

Re: Diesel Fuel

Very high sulfer, alot like home heating oil. Red Juice, Cool Aid, off road, you can just smell the diffrence in a tractor running regular Diesel & off road Diesel.
