Rotella or Royal Purple. Both very good oils.

The Motorcraft is a Conoco-Philips product and is very close to CP's own hydroclear oil.

Re: which 15w40?

I think the MC 15w40 is a decent oil. A few years back, I changed over to the Rotella T 15w40 so far so good. My truck (2002 F350 7.3 4x4) seems to like the Rotella. I still stick with the MC oil filters hard to beat for the price.
