X-fer case Lubricant?

I have a 2003 F350 DRW 4x4.

what should I use for transfer case lubricant? What works the best?

ATF is what is recomended in the transfer case,I just changed my transmission and transfer case to amsoil atf.Its all personal preference what brand to use.

yep. I used the mobil1 syn ATF stuff from Advance Auto. You cna use the same stuff when you flush/swap out your power steering fluid.

I've always thought that the atf was a little too thin for the chains ans gears in the transfer case, especially if it sees 4x4 alot, we've had alot of good results with adding either Lucas stabilizer or gear oil to the atf to give the chains little more cushion over the sprockets

02 250 CCLB, 6 spd, PHP Phoenix, ISSPROs, AFE/6637 intake, 4" DE straight exhaust, WW, coolant filter with ELC, AIH delete, ebpv delete, bellowed uppies, 4" on 35's and racelines
