Help.... Cylinder contribution test failed # 8 # 3

I have a early 99 f250 7.3 powerstroke 2wd ZF6 manuel shift
354,000 miles. I hear everyone having issues with the cylinder Contribution test especially #8 or #3
I have replaced everything.
New......
Stage 2 full force injectors
Ford oem valve cover gasket / injector wire harnesses
IPR
ICP Sensor
Cam position sensor
New HPOP and much more
Point is I was trying to solve this #8 #3 fail code
Nothing above fixed my problem
So I found a guy with a parts truck and bought a new late 99
7.3 powerstroke with 170, 000 miles factory 100% never had a chip the injectors even looked new so I swap everything new from my engine to the new one. Truck starts and runs great but still fails The cylinder contribution test.#8 #3
Please help I'm not sure what to do

New grey Ford CPS will just about always give you #8. Just ignore that one.
