Stumble/miss on throttle jab....

We just replaced a pigtail and UVH on my brothers 95 and now it idles fine and runs fine but when I stab the throttle it stumbles for a split second then picks right up. Doesnt matter where I jab it at from idle to 2500 it does the same thing. A little stumble then just purrs away. Everything is smooth aside from that. I can put his chip on high idle ~1200 and its fine no miss or anything and stab the throttle and stumble then fine.

Mods are intake, exhaust, chip.

A search turned up CPS or possibly an IPR? Anyway to check for sure on either of these?

Thanks in advance.

You can check the IPR by removing and cleaning or replacing it. The only way to truly verify a CPS issue is to replace it and see if the symptoms go away.
