Converting to SD GP/Inj UNVC harness

So whats involved converting to a Super Duty injector/glow harness? I heard that the SD wiring is heavier gauge wire.

Re: Converting to SD GP/Inj UNVC harness

You will need SD UVCH, VC gaskets and the connector plug w/ pins plus solder, heat shrink tube and RFI shielding tape. Also have on hand some wire loom and electrical tape, mine was all brittle from heat and needed replacing.

Inside the main wire bundle the common ground wires for each bank split off, you need to cut one branch off for each bank so you are left with one wire per side. The high voltage injector wires get hooked up in same order as they were with the OBS connectors. I have the wire colors written down somewhere of what goes where, I'll post em up tomorrow.

It's really very easy, just a matter of carefully cutting/splicing the right wires in the right places.
