Stock Horsepower and torque

I Have a stock engine in a 97 F250. I just have a 3 inch downpipe to 4 inch to a 5 inch single stack. I was just wondering if anyone new the power and torque I could expect to be making?

I know on the passenger valve cover it says 225 @ 3000 rpm but I'm sure that's flywheel not to the ground....

Yep, flywheel... and 225 would have to be a cali truck I believe.. 215 for a 49 state truck.

My mistake, I didn't see 97... in 97 they were rated at 225, 94-96 were 215.

Re: Stock Horsepower and torque

Yeah 180 rwhp makes sense with a normal 20 percent loss to the rear tires. Does the 3 inch downpipe really give you like 20-30 hp like they claim?
