The gaskets are different but you could cut down a front door set to work on the back door with a little ingenuity.

Re: 4 door rear door gaskets?

No one sells them. They are not available from any place including the dealer and online. I have searched high and low. If your gaskets aren't physically damaged then you can take them off and insert a piece of 3/8" surgical tubing through the loop portion of the gasket to restore the door sealing.

Surgical tubing? Would aquarium tubing or washer/vacuum hose work?
Just curious about better sealing on my doors of a extended cab

Re: 4 door rear door gaskets?

Aquarium tubing would work if it is 3/8". The point of the size is to expand the original surface as much as possible for the best seal possible. I don't think you could ever get vacuum hose to slide down through the original seal, hence the point of the slick surface of the surgical tubing.
